WITH regards to the merger of Scarborough Building Society with Skipton Building Society, I am annoyed that I have not received any correspondence from the former. The only information I have received has come from the media, and to me, and I imagine other members of SBS, it is just not acceptable.
I have been a member for a number of years now and have received regular newsletters concerning changes in directorate etc., but not a hint of this most important piece of information which I think should have been sent to all members, if only as a matter of courtesy.
